- Experienced: Up to 7.5 LPA

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Education: UG / Graduate Any Stream
- Freshers: Candidates with excellent English communication skills can apply
- Experienced: Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and active-listening abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer interactions for UK & US customers through Voice and Chat




- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Resolve queries professionally while maintaining service quality
- Deliver an excellent customer experience on every interaction
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain productivity and performance as per process expectations
