Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Executive / Senior Executive EBO Expansion & Rollout. The candidate will be responsible for driving new store expansion activities, coordinating rollout operations, and ensuring smooth execution of EBO projects from planning to launch.

The ideal candidate should have experience in retail store expansion, rollout operations, site coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end EBO expansion and rollout activities.
- Coordinate new store opening operations and ensure timely execution.
- Handle site finalization and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor store rollout progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Support EBO project execution and operational setup.
- Coordinate for store setup including fixtures, branding, and infrastructure readiness.
- Ensure execution of pre-launch and post-launch activities.
- Coordinate staff setup and operational readiness for new stores.
- Monitor inventory tracking, stock availability, and store readiness.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Prepare reports related to expansion, rollout status, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with sales,



operations, vendors, and management teams for seamless execution.

Experience Required Experience in Brand Retail Store Expansion and Rollout Operations.

Prior experience in retail operations, EBO expansion, or project coordination will be preferred.

Qualification Required

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA

Skills Required

Strong coordination and project management skills.

Good understanding of retail operations and store rollout processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and execution skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Attention to detail and operational planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidate with experience in retail expansion or EBO operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel for store rollout and operational activities if required.
