Role Description The EWM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping warehouse processes, and translating them into effective EWM configurations and enhancements. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, conducting system testing, supporting integrations with other SAP modules, and resolving incidents and change requests in a timely manner.

The consultant will prepare documentation, provide end-user training,



and contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse operations through best practices and optimization initiatives. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with project stakeholders and participation in implementation and rollout activities.

Qualifications

- Strong SAP EWM expertise, including configuration, process design (inbound, outbound, internal movements), and integration with core SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations (inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, labor management) and the ability to map business processes to EWM solutions.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and support during go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization within SAP EWM environments, with familiarity in basic debugging or working with technical teams on enhancements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project managers, and to deliver clear documentation and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP EWM certifications are highly beneficial.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud-based SAP landscapes is an advantage, along with exposure to automation technologies or AI-driven
