As a Program Manager - Data Ops within the India Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing technical customer projects and ensuring those projects are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will bridge project delivery with core technical execution, working closely with Systems Engineers, Computer Vision/AI specialists, Product, and Data Operations teams. A critical focus of this role is leading technical performance initiatives-such as projects to optimize client Transaction Loss Prevention-and driving specialized internal and customer-facing delivery tracks projects, and Pre-annotation workflows.

Job Responsibilities

- Project Execution Governance: Accountable for the successful execution, management, and delivery of customer and internal technical projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Planning Milestone Tracking: Create, maintain, and update detailed project plans, tracking all milestones, technical dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
- Client Performance Management: Drive and manage Post-deployment Performance System Tuning initiatives specifically aimed at continuously improving customer TLP metrics and loss prevention outcomes.
- Specialized Technical Track Delivery: Take project ownership of key technical systems and delivery streams, including agentic performance improvement , and Pre-annotations data pipelines, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, data, and delivery teams.
- Stakeholder Customer Communication: Lead customer communications,



serving as the primary delivery and technical coordination point of contact to build strong working relationships and set clear expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Global operations, Customer Success, Product Development, Systems Engineering, and Data/QC teams to maintain seamless alignment on technical requirements and project commitments.
- Deployment Lifecycle Management: Assist with managing ongoing deployments, model rollouts, and software upgrades, ensuring seamless integration into existing customer retail environments without service disruption.
- Reporting Operational Insights: Coordinate reporting with Global operations, Customer Success, and Data/Reporting teams, accessing historical project metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
- Issue Resolution Jira Workflow: Provide proactive problem-solving for technical roadblocks, managing issue resolution, and coordinating Jira sprint boards across delivery and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Feature Validation Feedback Loops: Collaborate with clients to validate new features, gather operational feedback, and funnel insights back to the Product and Engineering teams for continuous platform enhancement.

Skills Required

- Experience: Overall 10+ years of experience with 3+ years of program/project management experience managing technical or customer-facing projects in a global, fast-paced, matrixed technology organization.
- Education Certifications: A relevant bachelor s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent); PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
- Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated familiarity with retail tech, computer vision/AI workflows, data annotation/pre-annotation pipelines, or edge software solutions, automation opportunities.
- Domain Track Record: Experience managing performance-tuning initiatives and platform-specific deployments
- Agile Delivery Tools: Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and contemporary project management tooling to manage backlogs, sprints, and status reporting.
- Analytical Problem Solver: Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting system performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and driving corrective actions.
- Communication Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions with external clients and internal leadership.
