Role Description The Events & Hospitality Intern – Dehradun is a full-time, on-site role focused on supporting event planning and guest management for corporate and experiential events.

Responsibilities include assisting with pre-event coordination, vendor follow-ups, venue preparation, and on-ground logistics during events in and around Dehradun. The intern will help manage guest check-ins, hospitality desks, and attendee queries to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining event documentation, preparing basic reports, coordinating with internal teams,



and supporting event marketing and collateral preparation as needed.

This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end event execution, client servicing, and professional hospitality practices.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on guest experience and problem-solving.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and guests.
- Interest and foundational skills in event planning and on-ground coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and basic documentation.
- Basic understanding or interest in event marketing and sales, including promotion, lead support, and brand representation at events.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, with flexibility for extended hours during events and a high level of reliability and punctuality.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); comfort with digital collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in hospitality, event management, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
