About the Role

Knowledge Center (KC) is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Event Marketing & Client Engagement Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, build professional relationships, and support event outreach activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to engage with clients professionally. This role involves client interaction, event promotions, coordination, follow-ups, and relationship management to ensure smooth communication and enhanced client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with clients and prospects regarding events, activities, and company offerings.
- Engage with clients professionally and maintain strong business relationships.
- Coordinate event outreach, invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Communicate event details clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Support event marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain communication records, reports, and client databases.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of events and client requirements.
- Ensure timely responses and professional communication standards.
- The role involves cold calling brands, pitching event participation , and generating interested leads. You will coordinate with the team to schedule meetings and assist in onboarding brands for the event. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, brand partnerships, and event execution.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking and qualified presentation skills.
- Ability to handle conversations and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 Months 3 Years of experience in client engagement, event coordination, outreach, or communication roles preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence may also apply.
