EVENT SITE MANAGER
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in site management, project execution, and event production
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of large-scale event sites, from mobilization and installation through to final delivery and dismantling
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage venue and vendor teams, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure smooth execution under pressure
- Strong project management and logistical skills, with responsibility for material movement, transportation, deliveries, installation, and adherence to timelines
- Valuable technical understanding of event infrastructure, including truss, scaffolding, platforms, rigging, and other structural and production requirements
