Take ownership of the physical execution of Eevagga events — from inventory preparation at the warehouse to ensuring that the final setup at the venue matches exactly what was committed to the customer.
This is a hands-on operational role, not a desk job.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Event Planning
- Understand confirmed décor designs and event requirements.
- Review reference pictures, layouts and approved client requirements.
- Prepare material and inventory checklists for each event.
- Coordinate required inventory, production material, vendors, transport and manpower.
- Ensure everything required for the event is ready before dispatch.
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory inward and outward movement.
- Ensure event-wise inventory is properly picked and packed.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement records.
- Supervise loading and unloading.
- Identify missing, damaged or unavailable items.
- Ensure material returns to the correct warehouse location after events.
- Report losses, breakages and damages.
Event Execution
- Travel to event venues and take ownership of setup.
- Coordinate labour, decorators, fabricators, florists and other vendors.
- Ensure setup begins and finishes within committed timelines.
- Verify décor against the approved reference/design.
- Check placement, finishing, cleanliness and presentation.
- Identify deviations before the client sees them and get them corrected.
- Coordinate last-minute operational issues on ground.
- Take completion photographs/videos for internal verification.
Event Closure
- Supervise dismantling.
- Ensure all reusable material returns to the warehouse.
- Verify returned inventory.
- Report damaged or missing material.
- Close event execution checklists and documentation.

Who We Are Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in event production, event operations, décor execution, weddings, exhibitions or similar work preferred.
- Strong practical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage labour and vendors.
- Positive understanding of décor/event setup.
- Strong eye for detailing and finishing.
- Comfortable working on-ground.
- Comfortable with event-dependent timings, weekends and occasional outstation travel.
- Able to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge preferred.
