About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to manage end-to-end travel operations for student groups across India. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing seamless travel experiences, including itinerary design, accommodation, food arrangements, and on-ground logistics, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Planning and executing end-to-end travel operations for student trips, including itinerary, transportation, accommodation, and meals.
- Coordinating with vendors (hotels, transport providers, caterers) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Managing group travel logistics, including bookings, scheduling, and on-ground coordination.
- Monitoring trip execution to ensure high service quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
- Handling escalations and resolve operational challenges during trips.




- Optimizing travel costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive rates.
- Collaborating with internal teams for planning, communication, and student experience enhancement.

Ideal candidate will have

- 4+ years of experience in travel operations, preferably managing group or student travel.
- Robust experience in itinerary planning and end-to-end trip management.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple trips simultaneously and manage deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic operational tools.
