Role Description The Event Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Taung. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing events from planning to on-ground delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and internal teams, managing vendors and logistics, overseeing setup and breakdown, and maintaining detailed event documentation.

The role also involves supporting creative and production teams, monitoring event risks, and ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

Executive will contribute to continuous improvement of processes and provide post-event reports and feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong event planning and operations skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics coordination.
- Experience in vendor management, venue coordination, and on-ground execution for corporate events, activations, or exhibitions.
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and solve problems quickly in rapid-paced environments.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and event management platforms is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
