Role: Event Management – ITOM & AIOps

Experience: 8+ Years relevant experience

Work Mode: Remote

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST | US EST Coverage

Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice preferred

Must-Have Skills

- ServiceNow ITOM – Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub
- AIOps – Event Correlation, Anomaly Detection, ML-driven Insights
- Monitoring & Observability – Dynatrace, Netcool/Omnibus, Broadcom DX APM, Opsview, SNMP, Everbridge, etc.
- Scripting – Python, PowerShell, Bash
- Cloud – Azure / AWS / GCP with hybrid enterprise environments
- API & Integrations – Monitoring/Observability platforms with ServiceNow ITSM
- Strong understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Exposure to SRE, DevOps & Automation
