We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven candidate to join our team as a Delegate Acquisition & Management Executive. The role involves reaching out to CXOs and senior professionals, inviting them to CXO Junction's events and initiatives, managing registrations and follow-ups, and ensuring strong delegate participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Invite and onboard CXOs and senior professionals for events, webinars, roundtables, and community initiatives.
- Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
- Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
- Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with delegates.
