Corporate Sports Club (CSC) is looking for an energetic and responsible Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Tirupati.
At CSC, we transform workplaces through sports engagement, wellness and technology. We conduct corporate sports leagues, tournaments, wellness challenges and employee engagement programs across India.

Position Event Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute corporate sports events at client locations and venues.
- Manage event-day operations, registrations, fixtures, schedules and participant coordination.
- Coordinate with referees, officials, volunteers, venue teams and vendors.
- Ensure sports equipment, branding, refreshments and other event requirements are arranged on time.
- Coordinate with corporate HR/Admin teams and employee participants.
- Handle on-ground problem solving and ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain event reports, attendance and operational records.
- Travel locally and occasionally support events at other locations when required.
- Support the CSC team before, during and after events.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in event management, sports events, hospitality, operations or a related field.
- Freshers with strong interest in sports and event management can also apply.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities during live events.
- Comfortable working on weekends and event days when required.
- Willingness to travel locally for events.
- Hindi / Telugu / English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Strong ownership, discipline and a positive attitude.
