? Work Mode: Onsite – 5 Days a Week

? Experience: 1–3 years

? Key Skills Required

- 1–3 years of experience in Europe/International Recruitment
- Strong expertise in IT sourcing, screening & candidate assessment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter(RPS) & X-Ray Search
- Experience in Contract & Permanent Hiring
- Good understanding of EU recruitment processes




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
