Role & responsibilities
- Visit customers' locations to conduct detailed vehicle inspections.
- Evaluate the overall condition of vehicles, including exterior, interior, engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical components.
- Identify accidental damage, repairs, and mechanical issues.
- Capture high-quality photographs and accurately document inspection findings through the company application.
- Prepare and submit vehicle evaluation reports within the defined timelines.
- Explain inspection findings to customers professionally and address basic queries.
- Adhere to company SOPs and maintain high standards of customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile Required Car mechanic experience with min 2years
