An EV Charger Sales Manager drives B2B revenue growth by selling AC and DC charging infrastructure, managing key accounts, and building enterprise partnerships with fleet operators, CPOs (Charge Point Operators), and commercial developers.Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close enterprise-level sales contracts for smart AC and rapid DC charging stations (ranging up to 360 kW). [1]

- Client & Account Management: Build relationships with fleet operators, commercial real estate developers, logistics parks, government agencies, and channel partners. [1]

- Technical Collaboration: Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to design customized proposals, pricing structures, and ROI models for client infrastructure. [1]

- Pipeline Management: Track sales KPIs, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. [1]

- Industry Networking: Represent the company at EV expos, trade forums, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility. [1]





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (an MBA is a strong plus). [1]

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, ideally within the EV charging, renewable energy, or power electronics sectors. [1]

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EVSE protocols (such as CCS, CHAdeMO, GB/T) and basic electrical grid infrastructure requirements. [1]

- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling abilities. [1, 2]

- Travel: Willingness to conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site inspections

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
