Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced EUC L2 Hands & Feet Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for an upcoming office build project in Mumbai. The engineer will work closely with the remote project and network teams to support new device configuration, network testing, infrastructure setup, and other implementation activities throughout the project period.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite EUC L2 and Hands & Feet support throughout the office build and implementation period.
- Assist with the configuration, setup, testing, and validation of end-user devices.
- Support the project network team with the installation, configuration, and testing of network devices.
- Connect to switches, routers, and other network equipment using a console cable and provide remote access to network engineers when required.
- Join remote troubleshooting and implementation sessions through Microsoft Teams.
- Perform physical checks, cable tracing, patching, connectivity verification, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Assist remote engineers by executing onsite instructions and providing real-time status updates.
- Support hardware installation, device connectivity, and network testing activities.
- Troubleshoot L1/L2 EUC issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate project team.




- Maintain clear communication with remote technical teams regarding progress, issues, and completed activities.
- Assist with additional technical activities requested by the project team during the implementation period.

Technical Requirements

- Strong experience in EUC/Desktop Support at L2 level.
- Positive understanding of Windows laptops/desktops and enterprise end-user computing environments.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, IP addressing, connectivity testing, switches, routers, and network cabling.
- Experience providing Hands & Feet support to remote network/infrastructure teams.
- Ability to connect to network devices using console cables and facilitate remote troubleshooting/configuration.
- Familiarity with network testing and basic troubleshooting commands.
- Experience with device installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions from remote technical teams.

Mandatory Engineer Requirements

The selected engineer must:
- Have their own laptop with administrative credentials/access.
- Have Microsoft Teams installed and properly configured for remote support calls.
- Have access to a suitable console cable for connecting to network devices.
- Be available onsite for the complete agreed project duration, including the required 4 weekend days.
- Be flexible to support additional project-related technical activities within the agreed scope.
