- Operate STP, ETP and RO plants as per SOP and operating procedures.

- Start and stop pumps, blowers, agitators, dosing systems and filtration equipment.

- Monitor plant parameters and maintain proper operating conditions.

- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the treatment plant.

- STP Operation

- Monitor aeration tanks, equalization tanks, clarifiers and sludge systems.

- Maintain proper MLSS, DO, pH and sludge levels.

- Operate sludge transfer and sludge dewatering systems.

- Check treated-water quality and report abnormalities.

- ETP Operation

- Monitor equalization, neutralization, biological treatment and clarification processes.

- Maintain chemical dosing according to process requirements.

- Monitor pH, flow, TDS, COD/BOD-related process parameters and other applicable parameters.

- Ensure proper handling of sludge and treated effluent.

- RO Plant Operation

- Operate RO feed, high-pressure and reject systems.

- Monitor feed pressure, operating pressure, flow, conductivity/TDS and permeate quality.

- Carry out RO membrane flushing and cleaning/CIP as required.

- Monitor cartridge filters, dosing systems and pretreatment equipment.





- Record RO recovery and performance.

- Equipment Monitoring

- Check pumps, motors, blowers, valves, pipelines, filters and dosing pumps.

- Identify leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, overheating and other equipment problems.

- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.

- Chemical Handling

- Prepare and maintain chemical dosing solutions as per SOP.

- Handle chemicals safely using required PPE.

- Maintain chemical stock and consumption records.

- Testing & Documentation

- Conduct routine water-quality checks such as pH, TDS, conductivity, chlorine and other applicable parameters.

- Maintain daily log sheets and plant operating records.

- Record chemical consumption, equipment running hours, flow readings and breakdowns.

- Report abnormal readings and plant issues to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹10,235.84 - ₹15,000.00 per month
