Role Description The ETL professional at PPStack will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that support learning platforms, analytics, and reporting across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes, integrating data from multiple sources, building and optimizing data models, and supporting data warehousing solutions for scalable and reliable information access.





The role involves collaborating with product, analytics, and engineering teams to understand data requirements, ensure data quality, and improve performance of existing workflows. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, documentation of data flows, and adherence to security and compliance standards in all data operations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and experience working with ETL tools.
- Proficiency in Data Integration, including connecting and harmonizing data from diverse sources and systems.
- Experience in Data Modeling for analytical and operational use cases, with a focus on scalable design.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, architectures, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and up-to-date data pipeline frameworks is preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
