Support: 24/7 Production Support / On-Call

Position Summary

- Responsible for the operational stability, availability, and performance of enterprise ETL platforms.

- Work primarily on
- Matillion

- Perspectium

- HVR

- DaaS

- Handle incident response, deployments, platform maintenance, upgrades, certificate rotations, and problem management.

- Ensure high availability through 24/7 support, proactive monitoring, and data reconciliation.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Incident & Production Support

- Respond to and resolve incidents across ETL platforms within SLA requirements.

- Perform triage and troubleshooting of data integration and ETL job failures.

- Provide 24/7 on-call production support.

- Monitor ETL jobs and resolve operational issues.

Service Requests & Administration

- Configure connections and manage ETL job schedules.

- Handle access management and platform configuration.

- Manage job scheduling, execution monitoring, and performance optimization.

Data Quality & Reconciliation

- Perform data reconciliation to validate:
- ETL job accuracy

- Data completeness

- Data quality

- Conduct data quality checks following deployments.

- Perform reconciliation testing to validate successful deployments.

Deployment Management

- Execute ETL job deployments across:
- Development

- Test

- Production

- Coordinate deployment schedules.

- Execute rollback procedures when required.

Platform Maintenance

- Perform platform upgrades for Matillion, Perspectium, HVR, and DaaS.

- Execute certificate rotations and credential updates.

- Support security and compliance activities.

- Maintain platform configurations.

Problem Management

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and data quality issues.





- Document problem tickets with detailed technical findings and resolution steps.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Documentation & Monitoring

- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and platform procedures.

- Monitor platforms, analyze logs, and manage alerts.

Required Technical Skills

- 4+ years of experience with ETL platforms such as:
- Matillion

- Perspectium

- HVR

- Similar ETL/Data Integration platforms

- Strong understanding of

- ETL workflows

- Data integration patterns

- Data pipelines

- Strong SQL skills.

- Experience with data reconciliation and data quality validation.

- Experience with

- Job scheduling

- Orchestration

- Error handling

- Familiarity with Azure / AWS.

- Experience with databases such as:

- PostgreSQL

- SQL Server

- Knowledge of

- Monitoring tools

- Log analysis

- Alert management

Operational Skills

- Incident management and troubleshooting.

- Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities.

- Experience in 24/7 production support and on-call environments.
