INIT By Impression, a leading Furniture & Interiors Fit-out company in Central India, is looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.

What you'll do:

Read project drawings in AutoCAD and prepare detailed BOQs

Estimate material and labour costs for high-end interior fit-outs

Source competitive market pricing to build winning bids

Represent estimates at pre- and post-tender meetings with clients, consultants and designers

Who we're looking for:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design

5+ years in a similar role — Offices, Retail, Hospitality, Residential or Education sectors

Solid AutoCAD skills and solid grasp of interiors material/labour costing

Self-motivated, a team player, and a keen learner
