Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals based on project requirements.

- Review tender specifications, and other relevant documents for calculating mathadi , PBG , CAR Policy cost , CAMC (extended warranty) etc.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand technical and commercial requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain product availability, pricing, and lead-time information.

- Compare vendor quotations and assist in selecting suitable products and pricing.

- Maintain and update price lists, product details, and estimation records.

- Prepare and maintain estimation sheets using MS Excel.

- Ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, taxes, margins, and other commercial details.

- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for pending information and quotations.

- Support the sales/project team with revisions and updates to quotations.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of quotations and estimates.

- Ensure quotations are prepared and submitted within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in estimation, quotation preparation, sales coordination, procurement coordination, or a similar role.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.

- Valuable email communication skills.

- Good verbal communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work with numbers and maintain accuracy in calculations.

- Ability to manage multiple quotations/tasks and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to learn products, specifications, and estimation processes.

Preferred

- Basic understanding of BOQ, BOM, product specifications, and vendor quotations is preferred.

- Experience working with product pricing and vendor coordination would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
