We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Estimation Head to lead our estimation department at the Palakkad office. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of construction costing, interior fit-outs, materials, and vendor pricing. This role involves preparing accurate BOQs, budgeting, tendering, and cost analysis for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review detailed project estimates, BOQs, and cost sheets for interior and construction works.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontracted works.
- Liaise with the design and project execution teams to ensure cost alignment with project requirements.
- Analyze and compare vendor quotations and manage procurement-related costing.
- Ensure cost efficiency and profitability through proactive estimation planning.
- Review project drawings and specifications for accurate cost projection.




- Lead and supervise the estimation team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material rates, and construction practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in estimation within construction and/or interior furnishing sectors.
- Robust knowledge of interior design components, construction methods, material specifications, and pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
