We Are Hiring An Estimation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating technical specifications, and crafting competitive proposals for major projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer sectors. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and precise tender submissions.

Salary / CTC: As Per Market Standards

Key Responsibilities

1- Tender & BOQ Analysis: Thoroughly review customer inquiries, tender documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical drawings to estimate overall job costs.

2- Equipment Cost Estimation: Prepare exact cost estimates for heavy static equipment, including Pressure Vessels, Columns, Tanks, and Heat Exchangers.

3- Government Tender Management: Handle end-to-end submission processes for government tenders across platforms such as GeM, EIL, and BPCL.

4- Proposal & Query Management: Draft comprehensive technical and commercial offers, and directly resolve technical queries with clients during the inquiry stage.

5- Vendor Coordination: Float inquiries to vendors and suppliers for bought-out items/services and evaluate vendor quotations.





6- Submission Compliance: Ensure all tender proposals are error-free and submitted well within client deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

2- Experience: 03 to 05 years of hands-on experience in estimation, costing, or tendering within engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing industries.

3- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and industry-standard estimation software/tools.

4- Core Competencies: Solid understanding of fabrication processes, static equipment, vendor management, and working under tight timelines.
