Estimation Executive

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–7 Years

Industry: Fire Protection / ELV / MEP / Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis and quotations for projects.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications and scope of work.
- Take quantities from drawings and prepare material and labour estimates.
- Coordinate with Design, Tender, Purchase and Sales teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Obtain and compare vendor/OEM quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Ensure estimates are commercially accurate and aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare revisions based on client requirements, design changes and clarifications.
- Maintain estimation records, costing sheets and project-wise MIS.
- Support tendering and pre-bid activities whenever required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/costing .




- Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading engineering drawings.
- Understanding of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV/ELV or MEP systems will be preferred.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools / ChatGPT for estimation, documentation and productivity is an added advantage.

Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or relevant engineering discipline.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Fire Protection / MEP / ELV / Building Automation estimation.
- Ability to work independently and meet tender/quotation deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial understanding.
