Estimation Engineer – Fresher

Education: Diploma / BE / ME – Mechanical / Production Engineering

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, project scope, specifications and drawings.
- Assist in tender estimation, costing, budgeting, rate analysis and commercial submissions.
- Support project planning, scheduling, MIS reporting and documentation.
- Assist in client/subcontractor billing and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Design, Planning and other departments for project requirements.
- Assist in vendor RFQs, quotation collection, comparison and technical evaluation.
- Support preparation of tenders, drawings and technical documents.
- Follow up with customers, consultants and vendors for approvals and required inputs.




- Assist in timely release of material indents and procurement requirements.
- Support project teams during erection and commissioning activities.
- Maintain records of quotations, suppliers, manufacturers, project documents and other relevant data.
- Develop practical knowledge of process equipment, fabrication, estimation, planning and project execution.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and fabrication.
- Valuable analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
