About the Role

Akruti Developer is looking for an experienced Estimation & Billing Manager to handle project estimation, quantity take-offs, cost analysis, contractor billing, and overall project billing coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction estimation and billing processes and be comfortable coordinating with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills.
- Check measurements and quantities as per drawings and site requirements.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate estimation and billing records.
- Verify work completed at site against submitted bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors and vendors.
- Review material quantities, rates and consumption for projects.
- Prepare interim and final bills as required.
- Identify discrepancies in measurements, rates and billing and resolve them with the concerned teams.




- Maintain proper documentation of estimates, BOQs, work orders and bills.
- Assist management with project cost tracking and financial reporting.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Construction Estimation & Billing.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and rate analysis.
- Experience in contractor/vendor bill verification.
- Understanding of construction drawings, measurements and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates from a civil/construction/real estate background are preferred.

Education Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
