We are looking for an expert to lead the transition to a new ERP system. This role requires business analysis and improved process design, working alongside relevant functions and leadership team at the University. It may also involve IT systems review as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map current-state (“as-is”) workflows and redesign target-state (“to-be”) processes in consultation with respective functions and university leadership team. Own and drive entire process until sign-off. Produce required specifications and process flow documentation with sufficient detail, with particular attention to ease of use.
- Understand data storage, security, data flows, privacy requirements.
- Work with the solution architect to validate that proposed data models, integration points and migration method match the university’s academic and administrative approach.
- Escalate process design issues and challenges to relevant teams and decision-makers.




- Program manage migration from user/ function side, and lead adoption after rollout.
- Track program timelines, risk, and cross-departmental dependencies.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 – 15 years of prior experience.
- Experience of at least one full-cycle ERP transformation in a business analysis or functional-lead capacity.
- Ability to understand design trade-offs from data structures and process flow perspectives.
- Strong facilitation skills to reconcile conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach and delve into the details.
- Familiarity with People Soft or education sector is desirable but not mandatory.
