Job Summary

Provide SAP error log and system interface (MPDL, AEC, AER, OAE, SAP) review, remediation and root cause analysis for MRO and RTS transactions (across inventory, shipping, procurement, sales, and service workflows, including document creation, updates, reversals, and master data adjustments) including remediation tracking, ticketing, business user support and collaboration, periodic reporting, and identification of systematic blockers, data issues, recurring patterns, and escalation needed to resolve root causes.

Key Responsibilities

The SAP PM Consultant designs, implements, and supports plant maintenance and enterprise asset management processes. You will bridge the gap between plant maintenance teams and IT systems to reduce equipment downtime and improve asset life.

Master Data Management: Manage technical objects such as functional locations,



equipment hierarchies, bills of materials (BOMs), and work centers. Maintenance Planning & Processing: Configure and oversee breakdown, preventive, and condition-based maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, and work orders. System Integration: Ensure smooth data flow between SAP PM and tightly integrated modules like Materials Management (MM) and Finance and Controlling (FICO), plus production or quality modules. User Support & Training: Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues, resolve system errors, and train plant personnel on best practices. Continuous Improvement: Analyze maintenance history, backlogs, and costs to recommend system or workflow optimizations
