Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an ERP professional at PPStack. The role involves analyzing and mapping business processes, configuring and maintaining ERP software, and supporting end-to-end implementation and optimization of ERP solutions across the organization and client environments.
The ERP qualified will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and align ERP workflows with educational, training, and consulting services. Daily tasks include gathering requirements,
preparing documentation, testing system changes, monitoring performance, and providing user training and support. The role also requires continuous evaluation of ERP capabilities to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Business Process Improvement skills to document, optimize, and standardize workflows.
- Candidates should possess Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software skills, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing system support.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend effective system and process enhancements.
- Experience with ERP systems in EdTech, education, or professional services environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with project management practices, change management, and user training in ERP rollouts is a plus.
- Comfort with AI-driven tools, data integration, and reporting dashboards is an advantage.
