Position Overview

We are looking for an analytical, SQL-Savvy ERP Reports Developer to join our growing Bangalore office.

We are seeking a foundational data and reporting expert who understands how enterprise systems function—someone with rock-solid SQL skills and proven experience writing reports for mid-market ERP, supply chain, or WMS platforms. If you have a strong grasp Of enterprise subledgers and can write complex, efficient queries, we provide a collaborative environment where you can expand your expertise into modern cloud ERP reporting frameworks alongside our experienced Reports Lead and delivery team.

Responsibilities

Report Development & Execution: Design, build, test, and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and inquiry views to support complex business workflows.

Data Hunting & Subledger Mapping: Trace data flow across enterprise modules—linking inventory receipts, purchase orders, AP bills, and AR invoices to ensure financial and operational accuracy.

Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with our Reports Lead and project stakeholders to translate business needs into high-performance reports.

Supply Chain & Inventory Focus: Build tailored reporting solutions for distribution, multi-warehouse logistics, and specialized inventory tracking requirements.

Continuous Growth: Absorb and master advanced cloud ERP reporting architectures, translating legacy reporting knowledge into modern platforms.





Qualifications

Technical Foundation: Exceptional SQL skills with deep relational thinking (complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, query performance tuning, and database normalization).

ERP & Subledger Background: Proven background working with ERP reports or database schemas, with a solid grasp of inter-modular dependencies across

General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Inventory Management.

Reporting Tool Experience: Hands- on experience developing reports in legacy or mid-market reporting platforms such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS),Crystal Reports, Epicor BAQs, Dynamics GP/NAV, or Infor reporting tools.

Preferred Domain Experience: Background or strong familiarity working within Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or distribution environments.

The "Acumatica Bonus": Prior exposure to Acumatica ERP or modern cloud ERP reporting is an added advantage, but not mandatory for candidates with robust foundational SQL and ERP report-writing skills.
