About the Role

Goyal Brothers Prakashan is looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy ERP Operator / Data Entry cum MIS Executive to manage day-to-day ERP operations, inventory records, purchase & sales entries, accounting documents, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, and experience working with ERP/software systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain Account Opening & Item Master records.
- Prepare and process Sales Orders and Proforma Invoices.
- Generate and update Purchase Orders.
- Prepare Receipt Notes (GRN) for purchased materials.
- Record Purchase Entries in the ERP system.
- Prepare Stock Transfer Challans for books and repair materials.
- Process Purchase Return Debit Notes.
- Generate Sales Debit Notes.
- Record Purchase Credit Notes.
- Generate Sales Credit Notes.
- Maintain and update Courier Details.
- Monitor and maintain Inventory Reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS Reports.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP Operations, Data Entry, MIS, Inventory, or Accounts Support.
- Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Charts, Lookup Functions, Data Validation, etc.).
- Experience working on ERP/Inventory Management Software will be preferred.
- Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
