Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Executive to support the successful implementation, configuration, and deployment of ERP solutions for clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal technical teams, assisting in ERP configuration, user training, testing, and providing post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document client business requirements and processes.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and clarify functional needs.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure ERP modules based on approved business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain functional documents, user guides, and implementation records.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with clients for issue resolution.
- Provide training and demonstrations to end users.
- Support data migration, validation, and system setup activities.
- Identify, document, and follow up on functional issues and bugs with the technical team.
- Coordinate with developers and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of implementation issues.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with ERP-related queries.
- Monitor implementation progress and provide regular status updates.
- Travel to client locations when required for implementation, training, or support.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business process support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of business processes such as HR, Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, or CRM.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of databases and software applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with any ERP software or ERP domain is an added advantage.
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, or customer support will be preferred.
