Role Description The ERP Implementation Intern will support the rollout and optimization of the organization’s ERP system as part of ongoing digital transformation efforts. This internship role is hybrid, with primary work based in Mumbai and flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in requirements gathering, documenting business processes, supporting data migration, and helping test ERP modules for finance, operations, and customer service.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor system performance, resolve basic user issues, and prepare training materials and user guides.



The role also involves tracking implementation timelines, preparing status reports, and identifying areas for process improvement within the ERP framework.

- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
