Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP qualified with strong functional and testing expertise across key ERP modules. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Core ERP implementations, integration testing, and business process validation across Finance, Accounting, Performance Management, Human Capital Management, and Regulatory Reporting domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform end-to-end testing across ERP modules and integrated applications.
- Validate financial accounting processes involving GL and Accounting Hub.
- Review and test EPM processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Validate HR and workforce management processes within HCM.
- Execute and support OFSAA reporting and regulatory reporting validations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams during project execution.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects through the testing lifecycle.
- Support SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Core ERP modules.
- Proven experience working in General Ledger (GL) and Accounting Hub implementations/testing.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Procurement Management (EPM) processes.
- Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Hands-on exposure to OFSAA Reporting and financial/regulatory reporting.
- Experience in ERP integrations and end-to-end business process validation.
- Ability to interact with business users and senior stakeholders.
