- Zoho Setup & Configuration Assistance - Assist in set up of Zoho ERP as per Bongchie business structure
- Ensure set up of warehouse zones, production status, SKUs, stock locations, and reorder rules in ERP
- Integrate ERP with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website) and quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
- Migrate existing data (products, vendors, customer records, opening stock) into ERP
- Set up GST-compliant billing, purchase orders, and tax configurations
- Build dashboards and reports as per management's requirement 2.

Daily

Operations & Maintenance - Update and reconcile inventory daily inbound, outbound, returns, and adjustments

- Update and reconcile the daily production data including wastage on ERP
- Process and track sales orders across all channels in ERP




- Manage purchase orders and GRNs with warehouse team
- Ensure accurate GST entries, invoices, and reconciliation in ERP
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports sales, stock, dispatch, pending orders
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, distributors, and accounts team for system accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP issues on priority 3.

Continuous

Improvement - Identify process gaps and suggest Zoho automation or workflow improvements

- Train internal team members on Zoho as needed
- Keep up with Zoho updates and implement relevant recent features Candidates with hands-on experience in ERP (Zoho) implementation are requested to apply. Others please ignore.
