Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer with strong expertise in ERP application development, customization, integration, and automation, along with practical knowledge of AI tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance ERP modules based on business requirements.

· Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.

· Design and develop custom workflows, reports, dashboards, forms, and integrations.

· Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, CRM, HRMS, accounting, and other business systems.

· Develop and maintain REST APIs and other system integrations.

· Work with databases, including SQL queries, stored procedures, data models, and performance optimization.

· Identify opportunities for AI-based automation within ERP processes.

· Use AI coding assistants and productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent tools for development, debugging, documentation, testing, and automation.

· Explore and implement AI/ML capabilities such as:

o AI-powered document processing and data extraction o Intelligent search and ERP knowledge assistants o Automated report generation o Predictive analytics and forecasting o Chatbots and conversational interfaces o Workflow and task automation o AI-based anomaly detection

· Integrate AI models/APIs such as OpenAI-compatible APIs, Azure AI, Google Gemini, or other relevant platforms where appropriate.

· Ensure appropriate data security, access control, privacy, and validation when implementing AI functionality.

· Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide timely technical support.

· Perform testing, debugging, deployment,



and maintenance of ERP applications.

· Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and AI-enabled features.

· Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, IT teams, and management to deliver ERP solutions.

Required Technical Skills

· Strong experience in ERP development and customization.

· Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PHP, depending on the ERP platform.

· Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.

· Experience with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and system integrations.

· Valuable understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, testing, and deployment.

· Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab or equivalent version-control systems.

· Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable.

· Practical experience with modern AI development and productivity tools.

· Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and AI API integration will be an advantage.

ERP Platform Experience

Experience with one or more of the following ERP platforms is preferred:

· SAP

· Oracle ERP

· Microsoft Dynamics 365

· Odoo

· ERPNext

· NetSuite

· Zoho

· Tally integrations/customization

· Custom-built ERP systems

AI Skills – Preferred The candidate should have hands-on exposure to AI tools and ideally be able to:





· Use AI coding assistants effectively for software development.

· Build applications using LLM APIs.

· Create effective prompts and structured AI workflows.

· Integrate AI capabilities into existing ERP applications.

· Work with RAG-based applications and enterprise knowledge bases.

· Process unstructured documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts using AI/OCR.

· Build AI-powered chatbots or ERP assistants.

· Understand basic concepts of AI agents and workflow automation.

· Evaluate AI-generated outputs and implement appropriate validation and security controls.

Soft Skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good understanding of business processes.

· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to independently analyze requirements and develop solutions.

· Strong documentation and debugging skills.

· Willingness to learn new ERP and AI technologies.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have experience in both ERP development and practical AI implementation will be preferred. Experience in using AI to automate ERP workflows and business processes will be an added advantage.
