The External Resource Manager (ERM) is responsible for end-to-end fulfilment of contingent workforce requirements through external suppliers, ensuring timely sourcing, stakeholder management, compliance adherence, rate negotiations, and successful onboarding of external resources. The ERM acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for external hiring demands.
