We are looking for an ERM Coordinator to support contingent workforce hiring operations. The role involves interview scheduling, candidate tracking, reporting, stakeholder communication, documentation management, and recruitment operations support to ensure a smooth hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
- Track candidates through the recruitment process.
- Maintain hiring documentation and records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and status updates.
- Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
- Support onboarding and contingent workforce operations.
