Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage patient care, ensuring timely discharge from ER to IPD/OPD.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure smooth functioning of the emergency department.

- Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve any issues or concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, treatments, and discharges.

- Monitor patient flow and identify areas for improvement in the ER process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

- Robust skills in Bed Management, Floor Management, Patient Care.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergencies.
