Equity Research Analyst -TMT/Agnostic - 3+ Years - PAN India

We are hiring Equity Research professionals with 3+ years of experience in Public Equity Research across Buy-Side and Sell-Side environments. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in company analysis, financial modelling, valuation, earnings analysis, investment research, and sector coverage. Professionals covering BFSI, Consumer, Technology, Semiconductor, Retail, Food & Beverage, Industrials, or other sectors with strong research capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with global market exposure, client interaction, and stakeholder management experience will be preferred.

Location: PAN India

Responsibilities

1. Conducting in-depth company, industry, and sector research across assigned coverage areas.
2. Building and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation frameworks.
3. Analyzing financial statements, earnings releases, market developments, and investment opportunities.
4. Preparing research reports, investment notes, and actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
5. Monitoring sector trends, competitive landscapes, and company-specific developments.
6. Interacting with clients and stakeholders to communicate investment insights and research findings.
7. Supporting investment decision-making through rigorous fundamental research and analysis.
8. Collaborating with internal research teams to deliver high-quality and timely research output.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in Public Equity Research.
2. Experience in Buy-Side and/or Sell-Side Equity Research is preferred, depending on role requirements.
3. Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, company analysis, earnings analysis, and investment research.
4.



Experience covering sectors such as BFSI, Consumer, Technology, Semiconductor, Retail, Food & Beverage, Industrials, Healthcare, or related sectors.
5. Strong understanding of capital markets, equity valuation methodologies, and investment frameworks.
6. Exposure to domestic and/or global markets will be an advantage.
7. Robust communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
9. CA, CFA, MBA Finance, FRM, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
