We are looking for an ERP Implementation Executive to support the successful implementation, configuration, and deployment of ERP solutions for our clients. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to understand business requirements, coordinate implementation activities, provide user support, and ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document customer business requirements and workflows.

- Coordinate with clients throughout the ERP implementation process.

- Assist in ERP configuration based on customer requirements.

- Coordinate with development and technical teams for customizations and integrations.

- Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Prepare user manuals, process documents, and implementation-related documentation.

- Provide training and demonstrations to customers and end users.

- Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Identify and communicate issues, bugs, and implementation challenges to the relevant teams.

- Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer queries.

- Maintain proper records of customer requirements, issues, and implementation status.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with the Customer Success, Development, and Support teams when required.

- Basic knowledge of databases/SQL is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

- Previous experience in ERP implementation, customer support, functional consulting, or software implementation will be an advantage.

- Prior experience in ERP implementation or ERP-related domains will be an added advantage.

- Experience with any ERP platform, software, or business domain is preferred.
