- Industry & Company Research: Conduct secondary research on assigned sectors and companies, track all quarterly earnings
- Research Report: Publish high-level slides, reports on specific high potential sectors or companies
- Investment Recommendations: Use technical research to formulate short or long term buy recommendations on a monthly basis, backed by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Client Support: Work with other team members to analyze mutual fund portfolios, or client stock portfolios
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's and/or Masters' degree with interest in finance; Ideally pursuing CFA (cleared at least Level 1)
- Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in equity research or financial analysis is preferred.
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Financial Modeling (use Google Sheets/Google Finance), MS Powerpoint.
Salary
- Fixed: Rs. 30k+ per month (depending on previous salary, experience)
- Variable: % sharing on profits from Investment Recommendations; % sharing on revenue generated on sales of other financial products (MFs, unlisted shares, PMS/AIF) to potential clients within your network.
