Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equity Dealer / Derivatives Trader with a strong interest in the stock market and financial instruments.
The candidate will be responsible for executing client trade orders, monitoring market movements, providing timely market updates, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity and derivatives trade orders accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients.
- Monitor live market movements and provide timely updates on market trends and client positions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management standards.
- Handle client queries and provide prompt, effective resolutions.
- Share regular reports, updates, and trading-related information with the reporting manager.
- Assist clients with research-based market insights and analysis, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support business growth through effective client servicing and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives certification.
- Strong interest in the stock market, equities, and derivatives trading.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and a willingness to learn market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
