Role Description This is a full-time, in office Equity Dealer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Equity

Dealer will execute client orders in equities and related instruments, ensuring timely and accurate trades while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. The role includes monitoring market movements, managing client positions, and providing real-time information to support client investment decisions.

Dealer will coordinate with the research and advisory teams to disseminate market updates,



assist in portfolio rebalancing, and help optimize trade execution. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining trading records, resolving trade-related queries, and delivering skilled, service-focused support to clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the stock market and practical experience in trading.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of equities and their role in capital markets.
- Candidates should possess a foundation in finance and familiarity with core financial instruments.
- Candidates should possess skills related to investments, including portfolio awareness and risk-return understanding.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience as an equity dealer or in a broking environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail are required.
- Effective communication skills, client service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment are important.
- Knowledge of trading platforms, compliance norms, and SEBI/BSE regulations is beneficial.
