EPM Resource – Oracle ARCS Expertise

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Architect/Resource with strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and PCM . The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise reconciliation and financial close solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect Oracle ARCS solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end ARCS implementations, configurations, enhancements, and support.
- Configure reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and compliance controls.
- Design and manage integrations between ARCS, ERP, and other financial systems.
- Work with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable EPM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and recommend Oracle EPM best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Support financial close, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain business rules, configurations, data integrations, and technical documentation.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / EPM Cloud .
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) .
- Solid experience with PCM (Profitability and Cost Management) .




- Expertise in EPM Architecture and Solution Design .
- Strong understanding of Financial Close and Reconciliation processes .
- Experience with Data Integrations and ERP Integrations such as Oracle ERP/SAP.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules and EPM Configurations .
- Knowledge of Reporting, Compliance, and Financial Processes .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
