As an EPM - EPBCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, specifically focusing on Oracle enterprise performance management. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by navigating complex situations and growing your personal brand.

Responsibilities





- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Developing and managing business rules and processes to enhance financial planning and analysis
- Conducting strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for performance improvement
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for advanced data visualization and reporting
- Engaging in business process analysis to identify opportunities for cost management and resource allocation
- Applying analytical thinking to discern patterns and gather information from diverse sources
- Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve client performance

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing analytical thinking for strategic data analysis and financial forecasting
- Applying business process analysis to enhance operational performance management
- Embracing change and innovation in fast-paced environments
- Developing financial planning and budgeting skills for client-focused solutions
