EHS High-Rise Project | L&T;

Experience: 5 –12 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Safety / Civil / Mechanical preferred

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage EHS activities for high-rise construction projects.

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements and project safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Handle safety for work at height, scaffolding, lifting & rigging, excavation, formwork, rebar and concreting.
- Implement PTW (Permit to Work) and ensure protected work practices.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct emergency preparedness and safety training.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
- Maintain EHS documentation, reports, checklists and compliance records.
- Monitor PPE, housekeeping, access control and overall site safety.
