WE ARE HIRING | EHS – JUNIOR LEVEL Industry: Agriculture / Agrochemicals Position: EHS Executive / Junior EHS Officer Location: Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 Years Salary: As per experience & last drawn salary About the RoleCrystal Crop Protection Ltd. is looking for a Junior-Level EHS professional to support Environment, Health & Safety activities at its Jammu plant. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining a safe working environment, conducting safety inspections, implementing EHS procedures, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting compliance with applicable EHS requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing EHS policies, SOPs, and safety procedures at the plant.

Conduct regular safety inspections of production, plant, and workplace areas. Ensure employees follow proper PPE and workplace safety practices . Identify and report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the EHS/Plant Management team.

Assist in conducting toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs . Maintain EHS records, checklists, inspection reports, and other safety documentation. Support incident and near-miss reporting and investigation .

Assist with emergency preparedness activities , including fire and evacuation drills. Support implementation of workplace safety measures in production and operational areas. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements .

Coordinate with plant employees and departments regarding safety-related activities.



Support the EHS team in audits, inspections, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.

Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Safety, or a relevant discipline.

Chemical

Engineering or another relevant technical qualification may also be considered.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in EHS / Safety. Freshers with relevant academic knowledge or plant exposure may be considered.

Preferred Industry Exposure: Candidates with exposure to the following industries will be preferred: Agrochemical Chemical Pesticide Fertilizer Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Industrial Plants Required SkillsBasic knowledge of EHS and workplace safety practices . Understanding of PPE, safety inspections, incident reporting, and emergency procedures. Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain safety records and documentation. Proactive approach toward identifying workplace safety hazards. Willingness to work in a plant/production environment . Willingness to work in rotational shifts , if required.
