We are hiring Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to build new businesses from zero inside MedhaviOne. Each EIR reports to the Founders and owns one mandate end to end.

Why Now?

Higher education is being rebuilt, and the people who build it now will shape the sector for decades.

· Degrees are giving way to skills.

· Classroom-only learning is giving way to work-integrated learning.

· One-size-fits-all programmes are giving way to new models designed with employers.

For years, the strongest graduates from top institutes walked past education. That is changing. The capital, talent and ambition now entering the sector mean it is moving fast.

This role is a 2–3 year founder apprenticeship, fully paid. You build a real business, with our partner network and university behind you.

(I) EIR, Enterprise Growth

- What you build - Go-to-market, sales motion, and thought leadership for MedhaviOne Enterprise, serving employers and industries that need job-ready talent
- Where it can lead - Growth Head, then Business Head for the portfolio
- Best-fit background - B2B marketing or growth in SaaS or AI companies

(II) EIR, New Learning Brand

- What you build - A curated online marketplace of high-value, work-integrated upskilling and reskilling programmes, co-developed with premier institutes and universities
- Where it can lead - Category Head, then Business Head for the portfolio
- Best-fit background - Growth, category or programme roles at leading EdTech platforms

What will you do?

In both mandates, you run the business as its founder.

- Own everything: proposition, academic framework, industry links, acquisition and outcomes.
- Write the plan, set the targets and own the results.
- Pull in marketing, technology, academic and partnerships teams to get things done.
- Build a lean team as the business proves itself.
- Put plans on a page: numbers first, with the insight beside them.

Who we are looking for?

Must have

- A degree from an IIT,



IIM or other top-tier institute, or a track record that speaks just as loudly.
- 2–5 years of work experience.
- Something you built from scratch, and can show.
- A minimum commitment to 2–3 years of hands-on building with us.
- Clear, sharp writing. Your application is the first test.

Valuable to have

- For Enterprise Growth: B2B marketing or growth experience in SaaS or AI.
- For New Learning Brand: EdTech experience or new-age education businesses.
- For both: Experience running a P&L;, or part of one.

How you work?

- Hungry. You want the hard problem, more than the title.
- Owner. If it reaches the Founders, you have already checked it.
- Detail-driven. You meet deadlines, and flag early when you cannot.
- Proud of your work. You build things and businesses you would put your name on.
- Thick-skinned. The mandate will change as we learn, and you adapt.
